Dog Grooming

 

Our Professional Dog Grooming services are available by appointment only.

Our Professional Grooming Service includes 2 Shampoo's, a conditioner, facial, nails cut, pads shaved, sanitary clip, anal gland express, ears cleaned and plucked, face tidy and cologne, plus breed standard cut or pet trim.

Please Note:    The quotes provided over the phone are estimates only, until we are able to see your dog's size, weight, their coat condition, and temperament. Difficult animals & matted coats will incur additional service fees, in addition to the regular grooming fee.  Please see our Grooming Agreement for more details.

Dog Full Service Bathing -  for dogs not needing any hair trimming

(Examples - Great Dane, Labradour, Chihuahua)

Includes 2 Shampoo's, conditioner, facial, nails cut, anal gland express,

ears cleaned, brush out, de-shed if neccessary, and cologne.  

 

Dog Bath & Tidy -  all the same services as our Full Service Bathing plus :  

Pads shaved, sanitary clip, ears plucked, eyes & bangs trimmed. 

 

Dog Full Service Grooming  -  all the same services as our Bath & Tidy plus :

Breed standard cut or pet trim.

DISCLAIMER / RELEASE OF LIABILITY : during the wash / grooming process, we may take your pet outside our store to walk them to do their business and / or give them a break from being in a kennel for an extended period of time.  If you prefer your pet not be taken outside our secure area - please let the attendant know when you check in, that you opt out of this service.  By opting out you also agree to any rewash fees should your pet "soil" themselves while in our care.  You also agree that your pet will be picked up within 40 minutes of our call, unless prior arrangements were made, or our Day Care fee will also apply.

CUSTOMER NOTICE :

Like many businesses, we are encountering occasional shortages of staff.  Please note that our grooming times are running a bit longer than normal.   We are doing our best to accommodate everyone as quickly as we can, while still providing the great service we are known for.

   

When you book your appointment,  it's most likely several weeks in advance.  During that time we understand things can change.  But it is important that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel.   When you book your appointment with us, that time slot is set aside specifically for your pet /or pets.  If you show up late or not at all,  that time period goes unused as it was intended for your pet.   A phone call (at least 24 hours in advance) to let us know you need to make a change / or cancel, allows us time to re-book your time slot with another customer and make the best use of our groomers time.   We do have a Cancellation Policy, which you can learn more about from the link in our home page header.    

We utilize an automated text messaging system to confirm appointments with you.  When booking an appointment, please make sure we have your correct phone number on file (and that you can receive text messages)  so you are able to respond to these texts.  Text confirmations are sent out well in advance of your appointment, allowing you time to confirm OR make a change if need be.  If we don't receive a confirmation, or aren't able to get a reply, please note we may - at our discretion - cancel your appointment and re-book another customer in your time slot.   If you prefer another method to confirm your appointments, please let us know - we are happy to help.
